how to use smudging herbs:
- light your palo santo stick over a heatproof bowl or abalone shell
- hold the flame to it (using a lighter or matchstick) until it begins to smoke
- if a flame appears, simply blow it off, or gently shake the stick, until all you see is smoke.
- walk around the entire house or circle the smoke all over object.
- when done put it out 🙂
